Sustainable Cambodia is a Rotary-supported empowerment organization assisting the residents of rural Cambodian villages to create a sustainable quality of life through wells, irrigation systems, schools, training and empowerment. Sustainable Cambodia uses a unique structure to ensure that 100% of funding goes directly into the rural village programs.
Part of Sustainable Cambodia's core mission is education. We have a school near the town of Pursat with 300 students in grades 1-12, as well as preschools in many of the villages and Cambodian students who have graduated from our grade school who are now in college on SC scholarships. The art and photographs on this Interactive Gallery are from those students, and from our international sponsors and supporters. This site is provided through the generosity of ArtThread. Enjoy
Founded in 2004, Sustainable Cambodia is now working with more than 20 villages in central Cambodia, and more than 15,000 villagers, including more than 8,000 children. Please visit our website where you can sponsor an individual child, sponsor a well or water filter, help village families with wells, garden seed, and other needed resources through our Village Gifts program.
